Two Bags is built intentionally.

Many of our pieces are crafted after purchase or released in limited quantities. This allows us to preserve material integrity and avoid excess production.

Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Production Timeline

Most Two Bags pieces are made to order. Production typically requires 4–8 weeks from the date your order is placed, unless otherwise specified at checkout. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timelines may vary due to:

  • Material availability
  • Production volume
  • Supply chain conditions

You will receive confirmation once your piece has entered shipment. We build thoughtfully. Never hurriedly.

2. Shipping Timeframes (After Production)

Once your order ships:

  • U.S. domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days
  • International delivery timelines vary by destination

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be sent by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

3. International Orders

Two Bags travels globally. International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • VAT
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees

These costs are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not control customs processing times and cannot alter declared shipment values.

Orders refused due to unpaid duties or customs fees are not eligible for refund.

4. Delays & Carrier Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather events
  •  Labor disruptions
  •  Geopolitical events
  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers in accordance with standard carrier policies.

If an issue arises in transit, we will assist in initiating a carrier inquiry.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to retrieve package

may require additional shipping fees and are not eligible for refund.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a carrier confirms delivery, we are not liable for packages reported missing thereafter.

If a shipment appears lost during transit, contact us promptly and we will support you in filing a carrier claim.
