About Our Pieces

Why are quantities limited?

We do not mass produce.

Most styles are crafted per order or released in controlled, small batches. This preserves material integrity and prevents excess.

When a style returns, it may not return the same way twice.

Will my bag look identical to the photos?

We work with natural materials.

Leather carries memory. Grain, depth, and variation. Subtle differences in tone or texture are not flaws, but proof of authenticity.

No two pieces carry the same story.

Ordering & Checkout

How does purchasing work?

Select your piece. Review the details carefully. Complete checkout.

You will receive confirmation by email. When your piece is ready to travel, tracking information will follow.

Please review all details before submitting. Once production begins, changes are rarely possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards along with secure digital checkout options available at checkout.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your piece has not yet entered production or shipped, we may be able to assist.

Email hello@mytwobags.com as soon as possible.

Once production is underway or shipment has been released, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Production & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my bag?

Many pieces are produced after purchase.

Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production before shipment unless otherwise specified.

This timeline allows us to build responsibly. Never hurriedly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Two Bags travels globally.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees determined by your country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to alter declared shipment values.

How will I track my order?

You will receive an email notification once your piece leaves our facility.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers in accordance with shipping standards.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier inquiry.

Can shipping timelines change?

Production and delivery windows are estimates.

Delays may occur due to material availability, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.

We build thoughtfully, not urgently.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because many pieces are made specifically for you, purchases are considered final once production begins.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing issue, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear images.

We will review and determine the appropriate next step.

Items must remain unused and in original condition.

Are promotional or discounted items eligible for return?

All marked-down, sample, or promotional purchases are final.

Gift Orders

Every Two Bags piece arrives inside a carryall.

If you would like to include a message, leave your note in the checkout comment field and we will include it on your behalf.

How should I store my bag?

• Keep it supported when not in use
• Avoid prolonged pressure or bending
• Store in a cool, dry environment

Structure is preserved through intention.

How do I clean it?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently remove surface marks.

Allow to air dry naturally.

Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.

For specialized finishes, test any product discreetly before full application.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes. And beautifully so.

Leather softens, deepens in tone, and forms character with wear.

This evolution is expected and embraced.
